Where we ship
We supply customers in the UAE and export across the region and beyond:
Shipping options
Sea freight
The most economical way for larger orders — shared container space (LCL) or a full container (FCL) through Jebel Ali, one of the largest ports in the world.
Air freight
For urgent orders and high-value parts. Fast connections from Dubai to almost every major city in Africa and Asia.
Road freight
Trucks to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain — practical for regular GCC orders.
Courier
Small, urgent parcels by international courier, door to door.
Export documents, done properly
Correct paperwork is what gets your goods through customs without delays. Our team prepares export shipments with:
- Commercial invoice with part numbers, descriptions, quantities and values.
- Packing list with box contents and accurate net and gross weights.
- HS codes for customs classification.
- Certificate of origin on request.
- Air waybill or bill of lading from the forwarder.
Packing that protects
Parts are kept in their original boxes, packed into strong labelled cartons and palletised for sea and air freight. Fragile items — lamps, sensors, glass — get extra protection. Every box is checked against the invoice before it is sealed.
Quotation, payment and delivery terms
- Quotation in AED or USD, with genuine / OEM shown on every line.
- Proforma invoice on confirmation; payment by bank transfer as agreed.
- Delivery ex-works Dubai, FOB Jebel Ali, or delivered to your port on request (CFR / CIF).
- Exports from the UAE are zero-rated for VAT where the export rules are met.
